We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company in the day-to-day operations of our Plumbing and Building Contractor company and will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction and supporting overall business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, with a passion for leading and advising customers and technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, meetings, sms, to turn it into a sale or service call.
- Perform the process with the buildings to give us access to the technicians to carry out the work.
- Make invoices and estimates for the clients.
- Prepare the technicians' schedule to atent all services.
- Confirm with the clients the technicians' visit.
- Take payments for services performed and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the manager in managing permits with the Building Department.
- Receive materials and equipment in warehouse.
This position will have a bonus based on the number of sales made in the month.

- Strong sales skills with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proven customer service experience, with experience managing teams and guiding employees.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
