We seek a highly motivated and experienced General Manager in the fast-casual restaurant industry to oversee our restaurant's daily operations. The successful candidate will manage and lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales and profitability goals, and maintain high-quality food standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and employees are trained to perform their duties effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure proper stock levels.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained.
Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry.
Drive thru- Experience in a fast causal restaurant setting
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team.
Flexibility to work, mornings, nights and weekends as required.
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
