Who You Are
You are a skilled Electrician who is passionate about providing top-notch service to our residential customers. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling new challenges every day.
The Electrician role at our company requires 35 to 45 hours of work per week with a compensation of $100,000 to $180,000 per year. The perfect hire would be a licensed electrician with experience in residential work who values getting the job done right.
Your New Role
As an exceptional Licensed Electrician in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll be the face of our residential electrical repair and installation services. You will:
- Complete general electrical in-home service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Job Requirements
- Journeyworker’s license or Master's license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
