Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of installation practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Manage and coordinate a team of 8-10 plumbing installers, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
- Communicate real-time schedule updates and openings to service technicians to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Conduct site visits for quality assurance, ensuring installations meet company standards.
- Field technical queries and provide on-the-job training for installers to improve quoting accuracy and job setup.
- Develop and maintain a quality handbook to outline installation standards and improve overall service quality.
-Checks options for techs when the other managers are unavailable
-Participates in the on-call rotation
**Required Skills and Qualifications: **
- Proven experience in a managerial role within logistics or service coordination.
- Strong background in plumbing systems and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, with ST software experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey schedules and operational updates effectively
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
