Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair issues in single family homes and residential buildings.
- Perform preventive maintenance work such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning and carpet cleaning.
- Assist in projects involving painting and drywall/plaster work, with great attention to detail and cleanliness of the work area.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handyman service and repair.
- Strong knowledge of construction, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
