Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, or electrical systems preferred -5yrs.
- Experience in diesel engines, heavy equipment repair, or light/heavy wheel mechanics is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical training is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid EPA 608 Type II or 609 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Must meet insurability standards.
- Ability to work overtime or travel for training/customers as needed.
- Ownership of quality hand tools preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair transport temperature equipment efficiently and to high standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and service on temperature control equipment.
- Install transport temperature systems and Auxiliary Power Units per Thermo King specifications.
- Stay updated on Thermo King product developments and service bulletins.
- Maintain CERTI-TECH certification and complete required training.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
- Complete necessary paperwork for dealership and Thermo King requirements.

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
