Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position at Winston Water Cooler Ltd. The Counter Sales representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and overseeing sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and sales.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized and replenished as needed.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handling transactions and processing sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Utilize sales management techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
· Communication and Customer Service skills
· Sales and Sales Management experience
· Training proficiency
· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or industrial supplies industry is a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
PAY RANGE IS BASED OFF OF EXPERIENCE.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
