Detailed Responsibilities
Manage all technicians, and duties in the Commercial and Residential Installation Departments, including scheduling, hiring, equipment warehouse and equipment purchase orders.
Insure all work orders and c-forms are complete and correct and that all jobs are billed accurately
Perform sales related site surveys and system inspections on commercial and residential installation jobs
Oversee the activities of the Install Department.
Oversee quality of installations and customer experiences, including the development of acceptable department policies and procedures
Keep all installation stock levels up-to-date
Oversee the education and training of all department personnel
Provide and maintain any and all licenses, permits or technical qualifications that are or may be required by any governmental agency to fulfill the duties of this position
Meet and exceed the various productivity and budgetary goals
Manage the Houston office Vehicle Fleet
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Required
Prior management experience required
Previous success with field installation (Bonus for alarms, access control and closed circuit TV)
Must have excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and writing skills
Education Required
Low Voltage Wiring
Computer and automation systems knowledge required
Knowledge of hardware and software utilization and OR implementation NICET Level II Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
