Why We Want You!
We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Installation Manager to join our team. We are seeking a SELF STARTER, who will continue to help us EXPAND our reputation throughout North Carolina. Our Installation Manager will be responsible for supervising the entire installation process from beginning to end. This will include the scheduling and dispatching of the crews, ordering, and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory management, and overseeing all warehouse functions.

What Will I Be Doing?
· Plans, coordinates, and directs the overall activities of the Installation Department and maintains a team consistent with business activity.
· Follows defined installation procedures for HVAC/R equipment according to company instructions/policy, applicable building codes, and manufacturer installation instructions.
· Immediately addresses and troubleshoots issues that arise during the installation process.
· Attends job site meetings to ensure on-time job/project completion and reports any changes.
· Invests time with Sales Manager and/or Market Leader on a weekly basis to identify current and future workload, manpower needs/issues and current job status.
· Conducts regular Install Department meetings (weekly, monthly); conducts regular, scheduled 1-on-1’s with Installers on a weekly basis to ensure personal growth and positive working relationships.
· Participate in monthly sales meetings to gain a thorough understanding of how department performance impacts company financials and KPI results.
· Other duties as assigned.
Do I Have What It Takes?
· High School Diploma/GED.
· Trade School Graduate or closely related field or equivalent combination of training experience.
· Minimum of two years HVAC experience.
· Must have an overall knowledge and be familiar with basic refrigeration, wiring diagram schematic literacy, ductwork, gas piping, venting, and copper brazing.
· Knowledge of business operations and financial impact of projects and decisions on operations is important.
· Serves as a champion for company culture and core values across the organization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
