Skills & Superpowers:
· More than 3 years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience
· A knack for overseeing construction projects with finesse and flair
· Superb communication skills to rally the troops and keep everyone in sync
· Ability to read blueprints and specifications like a boss
Your Epic Responsibilities:
· Juggle budgets, accuracy, and initial project planning like a seasoned pro.
· Be the ultimate liaison between our sales, production, and customer service teams.
· Measure, coordinate, and verify project details to ensure we're exceeding expectations.
· Keep our field teams organized and equipped for success.
· Manage project documentation and close-outs like a paperwork ninja!
· Report to our Senior Project Manager and help us crush our KPIs!
What You Need to Bring to the Party:
· A High School Diploma with a dash of extended technical education.
· Superhuman abilities to read and write English to a High School level.
· Proficiency in Project Management Software and Scheduling Packages.
· Physical prowess to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds because, hey, we're building greatness here!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
