Nick Mayer Auto Group is looking for a Commercial Building Maintenance Facilitator/Manager to organize and structure the maintenance and repairs across multiple locations. The candidate would be a working Facilitator and would need experience in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
PERFORMANCE EQUALS PAY! Additional pay and bonuses based on experience, quality of work, management of maintenance team, and completion of work.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and structure all maintenance requests into one task management system. Create work orders and dispatch based on priority level.
- Schedule preventative maintenance (PM) on all equipment at locations. Ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain organization and details of parts requests, extra inventory on hand, and receipts.
- Manage building maintenance team in their schedule, work orders, and completed tasks. Review work for quality and completion.
- Complete maintenance and repairs at all locations, including but not limited to all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, etc.
- Inspect all properties on a regular basis, ensuring they are well maintained, operational, and meet necessary quality and safety standards.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather estimates/quotes for any necessary repairs outside of your capabilities.
- Receive proper approval before proceeding with any repair costs, part costs, or maintenance costs.
- Create a maintenance checklist and building diagram for all properties which details the layout of each property and the items to complete on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Qualifications:
- Organization, structure, and attention to detail is a MUST.
- Extensive experience in Maintenance / Construction required.
- Experience in all areas of a building including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Must have basic tools.
- History of excellent workmanship, quality, and safety.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high quality results under timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate details of projects.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
