In this role, you’ll be key in supporting our customers with day-to-day needs, including answering general questions, providing feature guidance, handling bug reports, and assisting with sales inquiries.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Handle follow up on customer issues or feedback.
- Resolve tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution.
Our Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive and empathetic attitude.

Pay: $45,245.00 - $55,000.00 per year
