In this role, you’ll be key in supporting our customers with day-to-day needs, including answering general questions, providing feature guidance, handling bug reports, and assisting with sales inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
Handle follow up on customer issues or feedback.
Resolve tasks in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services.
Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution.

Our Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive and empathetic attitude.

Pay: $45,245.00 - $55,000.00 per year
