We provide irrigation, landscaping, and maintenance services to the production home market and we are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our company!
The Logistics Coordinator will be working directly with our residential team assisting and field construction functions relating to residential and commercial builds which include but are not limited to:
· Procuring material (sod) and freight
· Map Loads
· Create purchase orders (P.O’s.)
· Communicate with Drivers, Sod Farms and Vendors
· Assist with new vendor/Subcontractor acquisition.
Experience:
· Knowledge of DOT regulations – Preferred
· Geographical knowledge of Central Texas
· English/Spanish preferred
· Logistics/Dispatch experience – 2 years minimum
Skills required:
· Microsoft Office 365 – Excel a Must
· Strong background in Customer Service
· Adaptability – ability to pivot and make quick changes as required.
· Must be professional with customers, in office personnel and field personnel.
Education/Licenses:
· High School or Equivalent (required)
