About The Role
HVAC Service Technicians at AirSmith Pros are responsible for delivering top-quality service to all clients, ensuring that all HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings are performed with the highest standard of care. Technicians also play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by clearly communicating project updates and findings to clients with professionalism and expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation.
Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment to identify any malfunctions, damage, or safety hazards.
Provide clients with estimates based on system assessments and offer guidance on necessary repairs or replacements.
Communicate with clients about any issues, discuss potential solutions, and assist with scheduling and payment options.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including costs and payments, for company databases.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC standards and regulations.
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and relevant codes.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Self-driven with a strong desire for career advancement.
Proven history of delivering quality work and exceeding expectations.
