What You’ll Do:
- Travel to residential locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Provide expert advice to customers on maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Install new HVAC systems or components as needed.
- Follow company processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document work performed and collect payments when required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor as the face of Sunny Bliss.
Basic Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- HVAC certification or relevant experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of technology, including navigation apps and tablets.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- EPA Certification (preferred).

Compensation & Perks:
- $60,000–$100,000+ per year: Competitive base pay plus bonuses based on performance. No caps.
