Position: Experienced HVAC Installer Location: Miami & surrounding areas of Florida Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Should have tools to diagnose, repair, or install.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with a variety of HVAC equipment and brands.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- EPA 608 certification or equivalent, as required by local regulations.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring job completion to the highest standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
