We are seeking a dynamic and Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Marketing to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and the ability to create compelling marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
The Property Marketing Specialist works with the property marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or developments to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate can help communicate cohesively and simply, has a great eye for graphic design, and can manage multiple projects and priorities.
The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- Create Marketing Materials: Work with marketers, business partners and to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development, email campaigns, social media tiles, websites, direct mail, event support materials.
- Design and Implement Email Campaigns: Use HubSpot to design and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and effectively reach our target audience.
- Managing the workflow: manage workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing projects
- Tracking and Analyzing Campaigns: Tracking digital results and assist in analyzing data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with key stakeholders professionally and expertly, providing guidance on messaging and marketing strategies to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
- Lincoln Brand Ambassador: Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with Lincoln's best practices and style guidelines.
- Real Estate Market Understanding: Develop and maintain an understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry to create relevant and impactful marketing strategies and to give guidance appropriately to our internal clients.
- Other Support: Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite and experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Creativity: Strong creative acumen with the ability to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Team oriented; Works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done.
