Athena Security is seeking a creative, results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular KPI reports.
Create and oversee engaging content across various formats, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage digital initiatives such as paid search, email campaigns, and website optimization, collaborating with the digital team for effective targeting.
Maintain a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, and channels. Help refine the company’s brand voice and positioning.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Mentor junior marketing staff to enhance team capabilities.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and tradeshows, managing logistics, collateral, and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies for optimal results
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Passion for security and technology (a plus)
