Job Summary:
Blue Bay Property Management is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish with experience working in apartment buildings. Your role will involve maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in apartment buildings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid HVAC certification and driver’s license.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
