Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a wide range of apparel and merchandise that resonates with our brand and the gaming community.
- Collaborate with top-tier influencers and social media personalities to create exclusive, limited-edition designs.
- Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and ensure all designs are on-brand and appealing to our target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and production teams to bring designs to life from concept to final product.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality output under pressure.
- Provide input on fabric selection, production processes, and quality control.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in gaming and fashion to continuously push creative boundaries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably in streetwear or a gaming-related brand.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a deep understanding of fashion trends.
- Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for gaming, esports, and internet culture is a plus.
