As our Director of Operations, you’ll be at the helm, steering our studio towards continued success and growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing inventory to keeping detailed records, you’ll handle it all with grace and precision.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with our clients. You’ll guide them through consultations, offering compassionate support and expert solutions tailored to their needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead our small but mighty team with inspiration and care. You’ll foster a positive, collaborative environment where everyone thrives. From conducting evaluations to setting goals, your leadership will be the key to our continued success.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: With at least 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in a small team environment, you know how to manage and motivate people.
- Strategic Thinker: You have strong decision-making skills and can analyze data to drive smart business decisions.
- Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, enabling you to build trust with both clients and team members.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
