We’re on a mission to deliver a world-class customer experience to our clients, and we need a top-notch Mortgage Administrative Assistant to support our high-volume lending team in achieving that goal.

The successful applicant will have some prior experience in the office, preferably in an admin or receptionist role.

Responsibilities

Manage our database and continuously update our CRM with the latest client information
Notify the team of an customer requests so inquiries are responded to promptly and the client is satisfied
Answering phones and keeper of calendar/coordinating appointments
Handle all front desk duties, including welcoming office visitors, organizing mail, faxing documents, and completing other assigned tasks, such as running errands outside the office, when needed
Help with marketing in the market place and on social media.
Step up to help other team members with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills (oral and written)
High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when handling client information
Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred
Functions well independently, has great multitasking skills, and possesses a drive to build systems so tasks are completed efficiently with minimal supervision

Compensation

$20,000 - $30,000
