As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our marketing strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports our overall business goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Develop engaging blog posts, articles, social media content, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Copywriting: Create persuasive and engaging copy across various platforms with a high attention to grammatical accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Content Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Branding: Maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all content and communications.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Content Management: Organize and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials across various channels.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Portfolio demonstrating sample work.
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Able to sit for extended periods of time.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
