As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our marketing strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports our overall business goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging blog posts, articles, social media content, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Copywriting: Create persuasive and engaging copy across various platforms with a high attention to grammatical accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Content Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Branding: Maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all content and communications.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Content Management: Organize and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials across various channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating sample work.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of email marketing strategies and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,141.00 per year
