As a Full-time Social Advertising Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing multiple client campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, TikTok and other social media and native platforms. You will be a part of a growing social media advertising team and report directly to the Director of Social & Digital Advertising.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, and other social platforms
- Provide consistent and effective support to Director of Social & Digital Advertising on day-to-day management of campaigns and new paid social opportunities
- Create new ad accounts and Facebook Business pages
- Conduct new ad campaign demographic research
- Write social media ad copy
- Monitor and reply to comments
- Generate weekly social media campaign reports to gauge success of campaigns
- Update ad copy and posts to include relevant keywords for SEO purposes
- A/B split testing of creatives and landing pages
- Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted
- Although this is a remote position, you are willing to be present at company meetings and events in Austin, TX
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in paid search marketing (paid social marketing preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads required (additional platform experience is a bonus - LinkedIn, Taboola, TikTok, Twitter, etc).
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
- Experience in social media or paid search for the legal industry (or other competitive market) preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple data and analysis for a volume of campaigns
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Overall positive attitude that can mesh well with our culture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
