Job Summary:

Ideal Services is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to lead and expand our Plumbing Department. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team of skilled plumbers and drive growth and development within the department. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Leadership: Manage and supervise the plumbing department, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily operations and projects.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbers to ensure a high level of expertise and productivity within the team.
Project Management: Oversee all plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the department’s client base and enhance service offerings.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial objectives.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and plumbing codes.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

Certification: Must possess a valid Master Plumber license in the state of Nevada.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing project management and team leadership.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and maintenance procedures.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide innovative solutions.
Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, business development, and strategic planning.
