We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team! We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and honest individual with a passion for HVAC systems to join our team as a Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician/Installer.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to:
- Installing new systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with existing systems
- Conducting routine maintenance services to ensure optimal system performance
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
- Develop a thorough understanding of our company's products, services, and installation procedures
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on residential and commercial installations, diagnosing, and repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawlspaces)
- Ability to climb ladders to heights of up to 30 ft.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends **no late night call outs
