Are you an experienced Plumbing Manager looking for a new challenge in Las Vegas?

We are a leading company in the Plumbing industry, seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead our plumbing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Lead a team of plumbing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
