We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Plumbing Service Manager with a comprehensive skill set. The ideal candidate will not only possess expertise in residential plumbing service work but also have a strong grasp of SEO and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Expertise:
Demonstrate advanced diagnostic skills to assess plumbing issues over the phone and provide accurate guidance to green plumbing technicians.
Guide and mentor new technicians in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Service Titan Management:
Utilize and navigate Service Titan efficiently for scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and managing daily operations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer information.
Customer Relations:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
De-escalate situations with unhappy homeowners and work towards finding satisfactory solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Work closely with technicians to address challenges, provide support, and promote a sense of teamwork.
SEO and Marketing:
Understand and implement SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility of the plumbing service department.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
KPIs and Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Develop strategies to improve KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for new plumbing technicians, focusing on diagnostic skills, customer service, and the use of Service Titan.
Stay updated on industry trends, marketing techniques, and SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential plumbing service work.
Exceptional diagnostic skills and the ability to guide others over the phone.
Proficiency in using Service Titan for scheduling, dispatching, and record-keeping.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with SEO and marketing strategies.
Leadership experience and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
