Job Description:
As a Plumbing Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, building, and leading an ideal service department with the best in the business working with you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, hire, train and improve the field technicians.
- Train develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
- Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
- Call-by-call Management
- Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
- Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years prior experience as a Plumbing Service Technician
- Must have Management experience.
- Must be able to diagose plumbing service technical skills.
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office, Teams and Service Titan experience a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record.
