Kokoro Westlake is a state-of-the art fitness and wellness center located in Austin's Westlake Hills. We are committed to helping our clients achieve peak performance, wellness, and longevity.
We are currently seeking a Gym Manager/Sales Leader to develop and maintain the overall success of Kokoro Westlake through effective leadership strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals set for the center.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities of a Gym Manager/Sales Leader:
- Develop and maintain the overall success of Kokoro through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals
- Health conscious with a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best.
- Social Medial savvy and can leverage common social medial apps for advertising, brand promotion and lead generation.
- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
- Oversee a team of trainers. Help grow the member base of the studio through sales, superior customer service, and business partnerships & marketing to secure long-term members.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members. Encourage and assist them in making the most of their workout routines. Help create fun ways to engage our members and attract new members.
- Maintain the integrity and good reputation of the Kokoro brand through various local marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.
- We are looking for a go-getter who is eager to take initiative and get the job done.

- Meet weekly to report on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner regularly
- Network in the community, online, and business to business to promote Kokoro
- Manage schedule and stay on top of all general maintenance requirements.
- Use social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community, and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily.
- Perform and supervise various tasks to maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, safety and a successful sales staff.
- Must have prior Gym experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
