Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on various HVAC equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
- Follow blueprints and schematics for system installation
- Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Background in appliance repair is beneficial
- Mechanical aptitude to build and repair equipment
- Previous experience in property maintenance is advantageous
