What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: A graduate of an HVAC program (CSN preferred, though other tech schools are accepted). We require a clean driving record, EPA certification, basic hand tools, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field service. We’re also looking for those with 10+ years ready to lead as a Field Team Leader. Experience with Service Titan, 3-phase power, and tracking production numbers is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timely service.
- Collaborate with construction teams and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs, ensuring adherence to EPA regulations.
- Stay updated on HVAC technology and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
