Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing excellent service in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that all installations meet design specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Assist in property maintenance tasks as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Familiarity with various types of HVAC systems, including boilers and refrigeration units.
- Experience as a service technician is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required for van driving responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
