The Community Marketing Ambassador Relations role is responsible for supporting YETI’s Community Marketing efforts, the team that manages YETI’s Ambassador and partnership relationships. Your primary focus is to provide white glove customer service to some of our most important partners, the YETI Ambassadors. Your job will be to ensure that all department requests for product are serviced in a timely and professional manner. This will involve email correspondence with requesting parties, entering orders into SAP, and working closely with the Product and Brand teams to build successful product launch campaigns geared towards ambassadors.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Community Marketing team on all Ambassador Relations duties, including managing product fulfillment, campaign communications, and Ambassador Summits
- Liaison for community marketing in key meetings with brand, content, and product teams
- Plan and manage annual Ambassador Summits from budgeting to execution
- Build successful product launch campaigns geared towards ambassadors. Working closely with the Product and Brand teams to create special packaging, social assets, and messaging.
- Onboard new ambassadors by sending a welcome package, educating them on the brand, and setting up their profile on yeti.com
- Answer email requests in a timely and professional manner
- Enter order and product requests into SAP and track against Ambassador budgets.
- Proactively hand-track and facilitate orders of restricted inventory items and short-lead requests
- Event Support at Trade Shows and Consumer Events
- Support the Community Marketing team on ad-hoc projects, events, and meetings
- Create and submit invoicing for Ambassador payments in accordance with their contractual timing
- Work closely with Corporate Sales on Community Marketing custom orders
- Build and send regular product and marketing update newsletters to the Ambassador team.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred but not required with at least 4 years of relevant customer service experience or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 0 – 2 years of customer service experience
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP
- You are a self-starter; you are able to identify opportunities and run with it
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable spelling and grammar
- You are a finisher; you make sure that every task gets completed
- Able to prioritize and develop systems to do routine work efficiently
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Ability to form relationships with people across a wide variety of roles and influence them
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
