Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of Storable. You will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the self-storage industry, working in close collaboration with the corporate marketing and sales teams. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various channels.

You will lead the development and execution of marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel programs, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline requirements of our target segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

- Execute a comprehensive strategy specifically for both landing new logos and expanding customer relationships, aligning with overall MQL goals and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales, customer success and product marketing teams to understand the distinct characteristics and preferences of this market in order to build campaign plans that meet pipeline and bookings targets.
- You'll help strategize how to scale existing digital channels and launch new channels with a customer-centric approach.

Campaign Development and Execution:

- Ideate, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to resonate with target audiences and drive qualified MQLs.
- Understand and improve campaigns using compelling solutions-based messaging and positioning tailored to the self-storage segment.
- Manage campaigns and workflows in Hubspot with a tight integration into Salesforce for accurate reporting.
- Work closely with event marketing to optimize the promotions and demand gen results for our third party trade show events, owned events and virtual webinars.
- Collaborate with our product marketing team to execute and measure GTM product and feature launch campaigns.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, revenue operations, comms + events, and product marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Measurement and Goals:

- Set and track marketing campaign measurement that ties into pipeline and bookings, regularly reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the revenue operations team to ensure campaigns and measurement are set up properly for maximum business impact.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team to maximize effectiveness.

Quarterly Marketing Plans:

- Assist with the development and management of quarterly marketing plans, outlining key activities, channels, targets, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain the health and growth of evergreen marketing channels including always-on drip emails and paid ads.
- Continuously assess and refine plans based on results and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on new business acquisition and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with the following tech stack is a plus: Salesforce, Hubspot, ABM tool, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
