Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Photoshoot Management:
- Coordinate and oversee photoshoots of construction projects, ensuring high-quality images that highlight our work.
- Work closely with photographers to capture the essence of our projects.
- Video Shoot Management:
- Plan and manage video shoots to produce promotional and project-specific videos.
- Collaborate with videographers to ensure videos are aligned with our brand message and quality standards.
- Creative Director Assistance:
- Provide support to the Creative Director in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Assist with brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Event Management:
- Organize and manage events such as open houses, project unveilings, and client appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional materials for events.
- Additional Duties:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain and update the company's website with current content and project updates.
- Award submittal - applying for various construction awards and individual awards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

- Weekends as needed
