Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who can spearhead digital marketing efforts across multiple client accounts. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, optimizing SEO, designing advertisements, and driving lead conversion. The ideal candidate should be versatile, proactive, and adept at leveraging emerging trends to grow our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs, including wellness studios, doctors' offices, wedding venues, etc.• Manage all aspects of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.• Design and produce high-quality visuals and graphics for advertisements, social media posts, and other marketing materials.• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.• Conduct social media and lead follow-up to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry developments; adapt strategies accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, business objectives, and target audience.• Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance, growth opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, social media management, and web design.• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging social media content, designing ads, and optimizing SEO.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).• Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
