Cyril Regan Heating LLC is located in Justice, IL. and services Chicagoland. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose problems quickly and accurately, and be able to communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Technician must be able to diagnose problems, contact vendors for pricing, and ultimately provide the information to colleagues. Must perform preventative maintenance on commercial AHU's, RTU's, Laars boilers and water heaters.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a current driver's license,
- Able to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with office staff and building engineers
