Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain Commercial equipment such as boilers, burners, Chiller, RTU / Air handlers Constant Volume, VAV & VRF systems, and some BAS systems
- Customers Service connecting with commercial clients to take care of heating & cooling needs
- Will be working with valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers, coils, piping and other functional components of systems for RTUs, various Chillers (screw, scroll, stack, water & air cooled up to 500 tons) & hydronic Boilers.
Requirements
- Journeyman preferred, Universal EPA required
- 3 + years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Move and lift up to 70 lbs
- Good Driving record

- DDC, PLC - low voltage controls: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
