- Assist the Resident Engineer in daily duties- managing the construction of a data upgrade project.
- Prepare Site Visit Reports: Your observations will shape the course of hospital projects.
- Field Verification: Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Requirements:
To succeed in this impactful role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC Design and Construction: Must have HVAC experiencein construction as a field project manager, superintendent or senior foreman. Or 15 years without a degree.
- Ability to Read Plans and Specifications.
- Ability to Read Construction Schedules.
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Maintain Daily Construction Reports
