Here's what you are going to do in this job:
· Assist the Owner with executing the Firm’s approved “Back-end Marketing” activities (former client calls, “close the loop” calls, contacts with potential referral sources)
· Provide regular and marketing information updates to maintain strong awareness of key client related subjects via the Firm’s Newsletter and the weekly email marketing pieces
· Identify businesses and referral sources that would be willing to invite the Firm to speak to their members, clients, or service populations; oversee all arrangements related to hosting or participating in such events
· Develop marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas.
· Develop and maintain specific materials to be distributed in response to inquiries and referrals.
· Create a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads, prospective new clients, and referral sources. Maintain current clients/Prospects/Leads statistics and report weekly to the Owner and in marketing KPI spreadsheets. Also report on progress on new prospects, leads, proposals in process, trends, etc.
· Develop and maintain the necessary supplementary materials that are to be included with the new client proposals, such as fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, maps, pictures, etc.
· Execute the pre-conditioning glidepath, pre-engagement glidepath, client on-boarding, and post-engagement glidepath
· Create a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads, prospective new clients, and referral sources. Maintain current clients/Prospects/Leads statistics and report weekly to the Owner. Also report on progress on new prospects, leads, proposals in process, trends, etc.
· Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and activities are executed on time.
· Schedule/coordinate and attend events (large & small).

· Write blog entries with the assistance/training of the CMO using Wordpress.
· Manage email campaigns and follow-up with Lawmatics (CRM).
· Track all lead-to-prospect-to-client conversion metrics.
· Track all marketing and advertising inventory (pens, printed collateral, event paraphernalia).
· Collateral design in Adobe for creation of printed material, changes to pricing sheets, brochure, lead magnets for ads, etc.
· Suggest website changes.
· Manage budget and ROI reports in CRM for weekly reports to Owner
· Refer non-prospects out to other professionals and track results using CRM.
· Build and maintain a database of referral sources and referral contacts.
· Setup and manage video camera at events, use iMovie to edit, upload recordings to online platforms.
· Video editing and posting to YouTube or manage vendors to do the same
· Monitor and respond to Facebook posts and comments
· Monitor and respond to GMB profile reviews
· Manage marketing collateral at Firm – Ensure marketing Dropbox file is clean, up-to-date and information is easy to find.
· Attend weekly marketing meetings with marketing vendors

In fact, we'd love to find someone who can see the big picture and then make recommendations for all the nitty-gritty details to make things better instead of waiting around for instructions.

Your compensation will be positively affected by your willingness and ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase the number of clients we can serve. You will have to execute the marketing efforts you propose. This may include investing your own time to learn and remain familiar with our business and how our clients interact with us.

This is a part-time position but with flexibility and freedom earned by your figuring out how to get things done.
We are less concerned with how many years of experience you have, than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years. Here are some experiences you must have:
- Experience with Wordpress
- Experience with the basic use and operation of a CRM (like Lawmatics)
- Experience with use of Call Rail, Google LSA, GMB profiles, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of social platforms and how to use them in business
- Knowledge of multi-user calendars, internet research, and GoTo or other VOIP systems
