The HT Group has a security client in North Austin looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative. Your primary role will be to create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with our clients. Collaborating closely with the sales operations team, you will support and empower the American sales team, helping to maximize and expand sales opportunities.
This is a short-term contract role for approximately 4 weeks
$24.40/hr
Monday-Friday Fully in Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for products and services across all sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Keep customer information accurate in Salesforce CRM
- Ensure correct settings for customer accounts in Oracle EBS
- Resolve and coordinate orders with other departments
- Respond to inquiries about pricing, lead times, order status, and product details
- Communicate professionally with customers and the sales team via phone and email, using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet special customer requirements on POs
Requirements:
- An associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Salesforce and Oracle EBS
- Strong and effective skills in managing contact databases
- Proven abilities in time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization
