Singnala is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves providing support to the customer service team, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
