Summary of essential job functions:
Assist Customer Service Supervisor with helping team members
Competition monitoring and tracking
Updating data across internet for our listings and looking for incorrect info online
Working to improve reviews – especially on Yelp.
Verifying field visits are completed
Monitoring doors by apartment and looking for both increases and decreases to react accordingly
Assist with Social Media
Send weekly emails and mailers
Determines requirements by working with customers
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; for both customers and current CSR's
Implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills request by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell; explaining new product lines
Maintain call center queue management expectations.
Communicate effectively with individuals/teams within the company to ensure high quality and timely
Expedition of customer requests.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Performs other duties as assigned
*Must be able to work one day in office
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent- required
1-2 years customer service experience in a call center setting
1-2 years of marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active listening skills and ability to proactively recommend creative solutions
Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment
Exceptional organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
Experience with Microsoft products a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
