Allstate Insurance Agency - Bunkley Insurance Group is one of the fastest growing agencies in the country and were looking for an in-office Customer Service Representative who wants to grow with us. We’re looking for team members who want to look forward to where they will be next year, and the year after that, instead of just looking forward to quitting time.
As a customer service representative you will help protect clients from the unexpected. You will process insurance policy transactions, review coverages, and collect payments. You will exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
You will need a Personal Lines – Property and Casualty License, but we can help you get licensed if you aren’t already.
Here is the ideal candidate. Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who ‘never meets a stranger,’ has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others.
This is an in-office position. Our hours are 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and we are located on HWY 290 in Southwest Austin.

Requirements
- Active Texas Property and Casualty License required.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses. Open to feedback on improving upselling skills.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy changes or service requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring and Return all phone messages promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all insurance underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
