Our success has created a new position on our sales team, and we are searching for the right highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As a team member, your primary role will be to gain new customers, retain current customers and increase our market share.
Responsibilities:
- Retain current book of business with timely phone calls
- Solicit, collect, and process payments (for installments, renewals, new policies, and fees from other services)
- Create a positive experience for all customers and prospective customers by (including but not limited to): greeting customers, taking payments, answering inbound calls, processing policy changes, etc.
- Provide an outstanding customer service by evaluating incoming renewals and re-quoting (per company guidelines)
- Work as team player to accomplish goals by using standard operating practices
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Quote and Bind Personal Lines Policies as auto, home and renters insurance*
Requirements:
- Must have an Insurance License or apply for one in 90 days.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- 1 year of independent insurance agent experience
- High School or equivalent
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- 2 year of customer service experience
- Notary Public Appointment* with potential for company sponsored appointment after 90 days
- Income Tax Preparation Experience a plus.

Benefits
- Base Hourly Pay: $16 - $20+ (depending on qualifications) + Commissions/Bonuses
- Paid Holidays (6):
New Year’s Day / Memorial Day /Fourth of July / Labor Day / Thanksgiving Day /Christmas Day
- PTO accrued up to 40 hrs in 1st Year
- 3 Extra Floating Holidays after 1st Year. Choose from: MLK Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday.
- $350 dollars one time bonus after first 960 working hours
- Limited Lunch credit after 6 months of employment
