- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs
*Skills*
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong client services orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in data entry and using CRM systems
- Experience in outbound calling and customer support is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
