We are looking for entry level Service Technicians that are willing to start at ground floor and move their way up. Four Seasons offers paid training that includes apprentice ride along time, sit down class room training along with hands on classroom training. Since technicians have the ability to take their service vehicle home we minimize unnecessary trips to the office to respond to our customer's quickly. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform Clean and Checks
- Assist and Learn from Full Service Technicians
- Perform Basic Repairs
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Successful completion of HVAC Trade School is required
- Must possess EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
- Acceptable motor vehicle record required
- Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, Quick Learner, and be able to follow through on responsibilities

The work environment will vary from driving in the company-issued vehicle to/from service calls to making periodic stops in the office for paperwork or meetings.
