Job Title: HVAC Install Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to oversee our installation team and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a team.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Provide a constant flow of metoring, training, coaching and open communication
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the HVAC installation process
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the installation team
- Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met
- Review installation plans and provide guidance to the team as needed
- Maintain inventory of installation materials and equipment
- Ensure that all installations comply with relevant safety regulations
- Provide training and guidance to installation team members
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in the HVAC field
- Knowledge of current code
- Active and valid driver's license
- Ability to clear MVR, background, and drug screening
- An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, residential work in the field, and a general knowledge of HVAC material costs
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Eccellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, and handle deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Possible physical demands: Lifting up to 50 lbs, moving up and down ladders, sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
